Steve Nduka

Lagos · Newcastle · Manchester

Faith Leader. Social Impact Advocate. Community Development Consultant.

For over two decades, helping individuals rediscover dignity, purpose, and hope—from the streets of Lagos to the communities of the UK.

“I believe that what you need to get up is already within you. My calling is to help people find it and to help communities rise, together.”
— Steve Nduka

About Steve

Twenty years serving people where faith meets real life.

Steve Nduka has spent more than two decades in the places most people pass by — on the streets, in recovery rooms, beside young people searching for direction, and alongside churches learning to serve their neighbourhoods well.

Between 2005 and 2019 he oversaw 15 rehabilitation and reintegration centres in Nigeria, walking with men and women as they left addiction and homelessness behind and stepped back into family, work, and community.

Today that same calling continues in the UK, through faith-based consulting and community impact work in Manchester and Newcastle — bringing a global perspective to local challenges like loneliness, addiction, and social disconnection.
